Silvey Handyman Service is owned by two of the cities hard working and well respected professionals. Combined they have lifetimes of Technical and Professional experience that exceeds expectations.
The first having started as a youth watching and helping with the family remodeling business quickly took to learning the details of multiple trades, and by 18 had progressed to become a Maintenance Engineer for some of the top property management companies in Las Vegas. At 19 he became an Assistant Manager, and months later took on his own property as Manager.
This was only the beginning. At 22 he began installing cabinets, which in a very short time led him to create his own cabinet repair service. By 33 he had entered the commercial aspect of the industry and was working for one of the most prestigious hotels on the strip. His accomplishments had him Managing a team and over 3000 hotel rooms along with the Property Elevators, Pool, and Water Treatment Program.
The other half of Silvey Handyman Service is a military veteran with a proven record of success in supporting sophisticated facilities, properties and assets while keeping up the high standards of maintenance and customer service. His ability to understand and manage logistics has led him to positions that have monitored and coordinated maintenance, repair and minor construction by over 300 civil engineer craftsman. With a Bachelors in Business Management, accompanied by an Associates in Air Conditioning Technology as well as experience for a Facility Operating Engineer, Maintenance Production Technician, along with a host of other knowledge; He became responsible for managing all repairs for Guest Rooms, Penthouses, and Kitchens for one of the most prestigious Hotels on the Las Vegas strip.

We offer a 1yr warranty on all of our craftsmanship, while extended or additional warranties may be available on materials by the manufacturer.
We prefer that you or a representative were home during the requested service; but we do understand that life isn’t always accommodating with schedules and problems, so we operate around the clock to help make this possible.

Your Silvey professional can provide you a list of materials that you can purchase yourself, but if you can’t find the time, we understand. Simply allow Us to purchase on your behalf the materials we have both agreed upon in writing.
On the day of service one of our home improvement professionals will come out to your house at the scheduled start time. If they are running late, we will notify you. Your professional will treat you and your home with respect while they complete the project and clean up the area they are working in after themselves. When the project is complete, they will invoice you for the completed work. We are always available via phone or text during the entire process if any questions should arise.
All of our technicians go through a thorough screening process. Our Tier 1 technicians have a minimum of 10 years experience and their own hand-tools. We know that trust is a major factor when you have someone coming into your home or business, so we make certain all of our technicians are prompt, clean, and professional!
